Lori Loughlin can officially hang up her prairie skirt because she's left Hope Valley for good.

Hallmark revealed Wednesday evening, during a 2-part series, just what happened to Loughlin's character of Abigail Stanton after the actress was kicked off "When Calls the Heart"

"It's been a week since Abigail got word that her mother had taken ill back east," star Elizabeth Thatcher read in a letter discussing Loughlin's character, Stanton.

She continued, "True to her nature, Abigail wasted no time in rushing off to care for her. I will miss her and Cody deeply — we all will, but we must get by as best we can. In her absence, we must soldier on and we will. We are a community, we are strong, we are Hope Valley."

Hallmark announced, shortly after Loughlin was charged in the college admissions scandal, that she was being written out of the show, by telling fans, "We are saddened by the recent news surrounding the college admissions allegations. We are no longer working with Lori Loughlin and have stopped development of all productions that air on the Crown Media Family Network channels involving Lori Loughlin."

Loughlin has not commented on getting axed from the channel, but has maintained her innocence and entered a not guilty plea in the criminal case.
