Will Diddy’s Ex Cassie Be A Witness In His Federal Probe?

Amid federal investigators' scrutiny of Diddy, whispers are swirling that his ex-girlfriend, Cassie, may play a pivotal role as a potential witness in the probe. 

As speculation mounts, all eyes are on Cassie, given her intimate knowledge of the rapper's affairs, to see if her testimony will become a key piece in the unfolding legal saga.

The father-of-seven's former flame has reportedly been in communication with federal authorities, offering her cooperation in the ongoing investigation into the music mogul. 

This revelation comes amidst a flurry of legal actions against Diddy, with Cassie's involvement shedding new light on the allegations surrounding their past relationship.

The pair shared a decade-long relationship before their split in 2018 and, subsequently, Cassie's marriage to Diddy's former trainer. 

Sources close to the matter revealed to TMZ that the mother-of-two had been actively collaborating with investigators for several weeks. 

This collaboration suggests that her testimony may have contributed to the establishment of probable cause, ultimately leading to the authorization of search warrants that enabled the recent raids on Diddy's properties.

While the specifics of Cassie's statements to the authorities remain undisclosed, it might be safe to assume that they align with the allegations outlined in her lawsuit against Diddy.

Furthermore, it was speculated that other women who have sued Diddy have also been in contact with federal investigators, hinting at a broader scope surrounding the actor's conduct.

Before Cassie's recent alleged cooperation with the feds, the New York Police Department (NYPD) found itself embroiled in a storm of conflicting information.

In November last year, reports indicated that the NYPD was conducting a criminal investigation into the hip-hop icon, prompted by a lawsuit filed against him by the actress. 

Although there reportedly exists a file bearing the name "Sean Combs" as part of an investigation, the NYPD issued a statement retracting their previous announcements.

"Yesterday, a member of the NYPD's public information office erroneously told a reporter about the apparent existence of an active case file containing the name 'Sean Combs.' There is no such investigation at present," the statement read. 

The NYPD went on to state, "Further, the release of such information is not consistent with the internal policies of the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Public Information.

The NYPD always treats allegations of sexual assault and rape extremely seriously and urges anyone who has been a victim to file a police report so that support and services can be offered to survivors and a comprehensive investigation can be conducted."

ICYMI, the singer, brought forth a bombshell lawsuit against Diddy, unleashing a cascade of damning allegations. Accusations ranging from rape, sexual assault, and sex trafficking to repeated physical abuse shed light on the dark complexities of Cassie and Diddy's relationship. 

As detailed by The Blast, the "Me & U" singer accused Diddy of exerting total dominance over her life, resorting to drugging, beating, and coercing her into sexual acts with multiple male sex workers, all while capturing the atrocities on video.

In a poignant declaration within the lawsuit, she declared, "After years in silence and darkness, I am finally ready to tell my story and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships."

When Cassie made her claims, Bonds, who worked closely with the Bad Boys Records founder, offered insights on the troubling dynamics within Diddy's inner circle. 

Taking to Instagram, Bonds highlighted the toll of being in a toxic environment in a reel, stating:

"There comes a time when you're in a situation that may seem like a good situation, but if you not waking up happy or you disgruntled, or you really don't want to be around that person then you find every excuse to get out of there."

In a decisive statement, the former security personnel affirmed Cassie's allegations, lauding her courage in speaking out.

"Cassie spoke on it. She said yeah I jumped on it. I jumped in between it. That wasn't the only time. It was other times and it was other people," Bonds stated emphatically.

Before Bonds' revealing video, other witnesses to Cassie and Diddy's relationship dynamics stepped up with many more disturbing insights. 

One of the accusations that surfaced was that Diddy once coerced her into undergoing breast implant surgery, only to demand their removal the following day.

The alleged incident reportedly occurred just days after Thanksgiving Day in 2009. The source recounted the tense interaction, stating:

"Diddy thought they could go right back into surgery, like now, and take them out. And Dr. Ryan was like, 'No way,' trying to explain to him that we should wait at least six months to see how it heals because she was just opened up."

Despite the surgeon's recommendations, Diddy reportedly instructed Dr. Frank Ryan to reverse the procedure immediately.
