Being a mother of four children isn't easy, which is why the 35-year-old singer said that "food prepping" has become her "lifesaver" when it comes to feeding her busy family. "Whether for breakfast, after-school snacks, or anything in between, having ready-to-grab options that my kids gravitate toward is a huge help," she explained. "Muffins have become one of my go-tos when food prepping. The kids love them before school or sports practices, and they last throughout the week."
She also revealed that she incorporates sparkling water into some of her baked goods. "I incorporated Waterloo’s delicious Summer Berry flavor into my muffin recipe, and they have been a hit," she explained. "The carbonation in sparkling water is great for baking, creating a lighter, and fluffier texture."
In addition to sparkling water, Decker explained that she always keeps her refrigerator "pretty full" and revealed that she goes grocery shopping "pretty much every day" because she likes "everything to be fresh." She went on to say, "You will never see my fridge without salted and unsalted butter. I keep that stuff stocked. I always have Parmesan cheese and bacon too."
