After Gypsy Rose Blanchard announced her split from her husband Ryan Anderson, fans are flooding his social media with comments, specifically about his D.
The ex-convict married Ryan in a prison wedding in July 2022, and now just three months after Gypsy Rose was released on parole, the two have split.
Ryan Anderson and Gypsy Rose Blanchard Have Split
Earlier this week, Gypsy Rose Blanchard took to her private Facebook account to give an update on her life and to announce her separation from Ryan Anderson.
"People have been asking what is going on in my life. Unfortunately, my husband and I are going through a separation and I moved in with my parents' home down the bayou," she wrote in her statement. "I have the support of my family and friends to help guide me through this. I am learning to listen to my heart. Right now I need time to let myself find… who I am."
Gypsy Rose Blanchard Wanted A Redo Wedding
Before she was released in prison, in December 2023, the 32-year-old said she planned to marry Ryan again after she got out.
"We do plan on having a reception/redo wedding with all of our family and our friends and the dress and the cake and everything because we deserve that. I deserve that. He deserves that," she said. "Our prison wedding was just something to where we can make our vows to each other. It was something that meant something to us. And I think the party is kind of for everybody else and us, but mostly for everybody else."
The couple met after Ryan watched the 2017 HBO documentary 'Mommy Dead and Dearest', and wrote her a letter in 2020 when Gypsy was serving a 10-year sentence for the second-degree murder of her mother, Claudine “DeeDee” Blanchard.
Ryan Anderson's D Isn't Fire After All
Shortly after Gypsy Rose was released from prison, people began attacking Ryan and their marriage. The ex-convict stood up for her husband, even bragging that “they [are] jealous because you are rocking my world every night…yeah, I said it, the D is fire."
Now, social media users are once again attacking Ryan, this time flooding his social media with comments such as "I guess the D wasn't fire after all" and "D--- apparently the D wasn’t fire."
Another user said, "So she fired that D, I see."
Despite Gypsy Rose saying the two are separating, Ryan Anderson still has photos of him and her on his Instagram page and his bio still reads, "My name is Ryan Anderson. I'm from Louisiana. I'm married to the most wonderful, most beautiful woman in the world, Gypsy Rose Blanchard."
Gypsy Rose Blanchard Says She Never Lived With A Man
The split isn't surprising for some as they recall Gypsy admitting she has "never lived with a man", so things escalated after she got out of prison as she moved in with Ryan immediately.
“I’ve never lived with a man,” she said at the time. “I grew up with a mom, so I didn’t even grow up with a dad in the house. So I’m like, ‘I don’t even know what it’s like to live with a man.’”
“I think the only fear that I have is, honestly, just making sure that we have good conflict [resolution],” she added.
“I’m a very ‘in the moment’ type of person, so I want to make sure if we have an argument, I want to clear it up in the moment," she continued of her marriage. "He is … the opposite, where he has to sit on things and think about it, and then come back a couple hours later and resolve it.”
Gypsy Rose Blanchard Deletes Social Media Accounts
The split comes shortly after Gypsy Rose deleted her social media accounts and created new, private ones, leaving her 7.8 million followers shocked. After ghosting her millions of followers on social media, Gypsy Rose released a public apology.
"Number one, to all the people that I offended with a lack of accountability, the first month or so that I was out of prison and the lack of accountability in my interviews, I'm sorry," she said, adding, "I'm learning. I take accountability for my part, and I'm saying this right now. I'm taking accountability. I did a bad thing."
