Ian Ziering's former talent agent has dropped their lawsuit against the actor over the money he is being paid for the "90210" reboot.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the agency informed the court they are dismissing all claims against Ziering and are asking for the case to be closed.
As The Blast first reported, Ziering was sued last month by his former talent agency — Kazarian/Measures/Ruskin & Associates, Inc. (“KMR”) — who accused the actor of refusing to pay them money owed.
The agency claimed they helped set up the meetings for the "90210" reboot, which was pitched as a “Larry David type show in which the original 'Beverly Hills, 90210' cast play heightened versions of themselves while working on pitching a 90210 series reboot.”
Ziering allegedly fired them and then signed up for the reboot but refused to pay them their 10 percent.
Jason Priestley, Ian's "90210" co-star, was even dragged into the battle after he was hit with a subpoena by the agency demanding he hand over private text messages.
