Tish Cyrus Reveals Issues In Marriage To Dominic Purcell Amid Feud With Daughter Noah

Tish Cyrus is shedding light on the transformative journey within her marriage to actor Dominic Purcell. 

Their relationship, which started in 2020 but was unveiled to the public eye in November 2022, has been marked by milestones. Among these milestones, however, a feud surfaced between the Cyrus dynasty matriarch and her daughter Noah Cyrus.

Although the lovebirds celebrated their engagement in April 2023 and their wedding in August of the same year, Tish recently delved into the intricacies of their union and unveiled some surprising details. 

Acknowledging the presence of "issues" in their union, she also emphasized the personal growth she had experienced along the way.

During her appearance on daughter Brandi Cyrus' podcast "Sorry We're Stoned," Tish explained that the fundamental differences in their personalities made it a potential problem. 

According to the TV personality, she had the tendency to be "easily offended" and "takes things so personally." On the other hand, she described Purcell as "blunt" and "not emotional." 

"And that could be a problem. But you know what, this is where I've grown, is like, I just feel like instead now of me getting so offended, because I respect and love him, that we have conversations," the 56-year-old admitted.

Rather than allowing differences to drive a wedge between them, Tish emphasized the importance of mutual respect and love in fostering constructive conversations within their relationship. In her words:

"These are definitely issues. But issues also, because I love him, that I'm dealing with."

At the same time, she also reflected on their contrasting astrological signs – herself, a Taurus, and Purcell, an Aquarius. She humorously recounted the warnings she encountered against their pairing: "every single thing I read said, 'Don't even do it. It is the absolute worst pairing.'"

While her recent admission has no doubt earned her admiration for her vulnerability, it comes amid a storm of family drama. 

Last month, the spotlight turned to Tish and her daughter Noah when reports surfaced regarding the real reason behind Noah's absence at her mother's wedding to Purcell. 

Speculations swirled, fueled by rumors suggesting a romantic entanglement between the trio. 

Although Tish's portrayal of her romance with Purcell appeared romantic, insider sources disclosed that their relationship began amid allegations of the producer pursuing Purcell while he was romantically involved with Noah. 

The informant claimed, "The turmoil between Noah and Tish goes far beyond [what people think]. Noah is very distraught over Tish stealing Dominic from her."

With this information, a layer of intrigue to the 24-year-old's absence at the wedding ceremony was cast. 

While conspiracies were being thrown around, it did not seem to faze the mother-of-five, seeing as she took to the airwaves on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast to share intimate details about her blossoming romance with the actor. 

Tish could not contain her excitement as she gushed about Purcell, describing him as "amazing" and "yummy." 

She even confessed to harboring a longtime crush on the 54-year-old, which began while watching the hit series "Prison Break" with her daughters Brandi and Miley.

She also revealed that their paths nearly crossed in 2016 when he reached out to her with a friendly DM on Instagram, but unfortunately their connection was delayed until 2022.

After finding out why Noah did not attend her mother's wedding to Purcell, reports emerged that Tish actually allegedly barred Noah and Braison from even attending the event. 

According to sources, Tish reportedly took the drastic step of hiring security to prevent them from witnessing her nuptials.

The insiders claimed, "Tish was the one who did not invite Noah and Braison [her son] to her wedding, and blocked them on Instagram after she pursued Dominic… it was Tish who requested security at her wedding to keep Noah and Braison out."

Although sources reportedly suggested that Tish stole Purcell from Noah, those close to the situation refuted these claims. 

They divulged that "Noah stopped seeing Dominic, and Tish decided to pursue him and did not tell Noah."

As tensions escalated within the Cyrus family, Miley emerged as a pillar of support for her mother. Amidst swirling allegations, insiders revealed that before the Grammy-winning singer stood by Tish, she confronted her first. 

It ultimately turned out that while she found the situation "strange," the "Wrecking Ball" singer's love for her mother prevailed. 

Apparently, Miley was initially blissfully unaware of the tensions brewing between Tish and Noah, during her mother's wedding to Purcell. 

Sources affirmed that Miley's role as maid of honor was not intended as a jab towards her father, Billy Ray Cyrus.

In fact, it was noted that the 31-year-old and her father maintain a strong and healthy relationship, unaffected by the family drama.
