Veronika Rajek Shares McDonald's Issues In Diet Reveal

Model Veronika Rajek has attracted attention over her diet and lifestyle as she continues to flaunt her ripped abs in her sizzling Instagram photos. The former Miss Slovakia has even had some users deem her too skinny, although she maintains that her diet and exercise regimens are healthy. When pressed to share her diet secrets as she appeared on the Pillow Talk podcast, Rajek actually let drop that she only eats a very limited amount of foods year-round, also mentioning her prior issues with fast food chain McDonald's. Turns out, the bikini bombshell isn't a fan of the Happy Meals giant.

It doesn't look like variety is the spice of life for Rajek, who revealed: " I cannot share my secret, I don't have a diet. I only eat like five or six foods all year long." The blonde added:

"I work out normal like running, squats and abs, 1 hour 30 mins of workout time, I only eat like Greek salads, tomato soup, grapes with Nutella and strawberries, spaghetti and some Slovak food." Veronika rarely shares food on her social media, although fans do know that she eats out at fancy restaurants and gets her smoothies in.

Mentioning her teen years and a visit to McDonald's, Veronika continued:  "I had McDonalds when I was like 16. When I was working as a model in Milan and I only had a few Euros, I went to McDonalds and didn't know what it was." Rajek said that she ordered a cheeseburger and "didn't like it," confirming that she doesn't "eat fast food." Here, the Fashion Nova partner stated that she doesn't eat "healthy," but equally, her life isn't full of "junk or trash food."

Meanwhile, fans keep getting reminders of Veronika's insane abs as she gives the likes of singer Jennifer Lopez and model Kendall Jenner a run for their money.

The above IG snap came with a reminder that Veronika isn't just curve. Flaunting her wild abs in a cupped white bra and dark briefs as she lounged around indoors, the Instagram star highlighted some serious ab definition while sending fans a knowing smile, and the post only adds to the pile of photos showing that Veronika is a muscle machine.

The podcast appearance also saw Veronika air her thoughts on height, for both men and women.

"Visually speaking, men need to be tall — ideally more than 190cm [6-foot-2] because I am very tall and if I wear high heels, I am even taller," she stated. "It’s not that I don’t like shorter men, the issue is that they start to feel insecure around me and I don’t want to make men insecure. Veronika is 5'11''.
