'Teen Mom' Star Jenelle Evans Will Not Regain Custody of Her Kids

"Teen Mom" star Jenelle Evans and her husband David Eason will not regain custody of their children, at least not in the near future.

As it currently stands, Jenelle's son Jace and daughter Ensley are with her mother, while son Kaiser is with his father, Nathan Griffith. David’s daughter, Maryssa, is reportedly with her maternal grandmother.

The judge told Evans "that she did not do her job as a mother to protect her kids," according to TheAshleysRealityRoundup.com, which first reported the news of the judge's decision.

A rep for Evans tells The Blast, "At this time we are cooperating with the judge and legal team from court. We have no comment at this time and appreciate the concerns regarding our client and her children. We will continue to cooperate with the court and their decisions."

As The Blast first reported, an investigation by child protective services in North Carolina was launched after calls came in from people worried about the other children in the home. Eason was seen brutally beating Nugget inside the home, and in front of the minor children, before taking the small dog outside for execution.
