A source close to Madix revealed her excitement for this fresh start, noting "Ariana has fallen in love with this home and is excited for a new chapter."
Madix's new home is a newly renovated mid-century modern house built in 1962. The property boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open floor plan on the main level, featuring a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances and brass hardware.

Ariana Madix Sues Tom Sandoval On Their $2 Million Home To Force Him To Sell
With her new home, Madix is set for a fresh start as she moves on from her relationship with her "Vanderpump Rules" co-star Sandoval.
The former couple, who had been together for almost a decade, had a messy and public split in March 2023 following Sandoval's affair with castmate Rachel Leviss.
However, despite ending their relationship, the former lovebirds continued to cohabit in their shared $2 million home, with Madix using the main suite while Sandoval slept in a separate room.
Plans for dividing their property differed, with Sandoval seeking to buy out Madix while she advocated for selling the house and splitting the proceeds.
In January 2024, Madix took legal action against Sandoval, suing him to compel the sale of their shared residence. Sandoval responded by rejecting her request in legal filings submitted in late February. Currently, the matter awaits a judge's decision.
Tom Sandoval Claims His Ex Didn't Pay 'Any Bills For Eight Months'
During a February 2024 episode of "Vanderpump Rules," Madix expressed her frustration and pointed out Sandoval's role in the breakdown of their home.
"The fact of the matter is, he broke the home. He f---- all of this up. He doesn't get to do that and then just keep it," she said.
In a different scene, Sandoval told his best friend Tom Schwartz that Madix had allegedly neglected to contribute to bills for "like eight months."
"My bank account was overdrawn. Dude, Ariana hadn't paid any of the bills for, like, f----- eight months, man," Sandoval said.
He shared how he juggled funds between accounts to cover expenses adding: "I've been pretty much paying for everything out of all my accounts. Mortgage, gardener, cleaning, utilities, everything. It's kind of like pulling teeth to get Ariana to pay me back."
Ariana Madix's Debut On Broadway: 'It Felt Like A Rock Concert'
Madix recently made her debut on Broadway, starring as lead Roxie Hart in Chicago. In an interview with Broadway Direct, the 38-year-old admitted, "Opening night was terrifying and really exciting. I shed many tears that day. My mom was there. It felt like a rock concert! It's something I will never forget."
She emphasized the significance of this milestone following a transformative year in her life. "You never know where life is going to take you, especially in an industry where you work and hustle behind the scenes," she said.
In a separate fan-recorded video shared online, a security guard made a polite request while managing the crowd of fans eagerly outside New York City's Ambassador Theatre to meet Madix.
The security guard asked: "Y'all fans of Ariana, right? Please don't mention her ex at all. He's irrelevant. Thank you." Fans responded with cheers and assurances that they wouldn't broach the subject.
Raquel Leviss Sued The Former Couple Over An Invasion Of Privacy
In a shocking turn of events, Leviss recently sued her former co-stars, Madix and Sandoval, for alleged "revenge p---."
Leviss further accused the former couple of invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress in the blistering lawsuit.
"'Scandoval' captured the public's attention in a massive way, went completely viral, and injected new life into 'Vanderpump Rules,'" the lawsuit read in part per Deadline. "It also caused mayhem in Leviss's life, culminating in months-long in-patient treatment at a mental health facility and her departure from the show. Fomented by Bravo and Evolution in conjunction with the cast, Leviss was subjected to a public skewering with little precedent and became, without exaggeration, one of the most hated women in America."
In addition to seeking an unspecified amount in damages from Madix and Sandoval, Leviss wants all the copies of an NSFW FaceTime clip featuring her and Sandoval destroyed.
