Salma Hayek Shows Off Calorie-Packed Breakfast In Pajamas

Salma Hayek bucked the celebrity trend as she showed off a calorie-packed breakfast on Instagram last month.

The MCU actress, 57, wasn't showing her fans fancy smoothies or apple cider vinegar as she cooked up pancakes, also checking boxes for a stylish and fun loungewear look. Delighting her followers as she showed that not all A-Listers have chefs prepare their meals, Salma got busy flipping her pancakes while in a relatively ordinary kitchen setting, likely traveling and handling her first meal of the day herself.

Fans have left the House of Gucci star over 600,000 likes for the February share. It even came on Valentine's Day!

All smiles in front of the stove, Salma posed cooking up her batter while rocking a jazzy printed pajama set.

Going swanky in fine green satins, the actress kept her two-piece funky via the printed zebras all over it, this time hiding the curves she's so famous for. Holding her cooking equipment and rocking her hair up, Salma shot the camera a smile as she opened a gallery of photos and videos that saw the nearly-prepared pancakes getting flipped, plus a celebratory pose that said: "All ready!"

Salma did include a shot of her entire outfit, one accessorized by slipper-like slides from designer Gucci. "#pancakeday," she wrote in a caption. While Salma once had a juice cleanse company, she's known for being more down-to-earth and definitely easygoing when it comes to treating herself.

“My relationship with food is extremely emotional, as I eat when I am sad, I eat when I am happy, I eat when I‘m relaxing,” she revealed in 2021. ”That’s why it is important for me to make good choices when it comes to the food," she added.

“When I feel stressed, I turn to food for comfort,” The Eternals star has separately stated.

While enough red carpet dresses and bikinis have earned Salma an icon status for her hourglass curves, the star has actually said she feels close to "chubby."

"I am on the limit of chubbiness because I love my food and my wine. It's not the best for fashion, but it's good formy mood. I am happy because I eat," she's said. "I will not have Botox. You know why? Because I eat! I eat the fat, I eat the vegetables, I eat everything. If you exercise too much and you don't eat enough, it takes its toll on the skin," Hayek continued. Salma has even braved showing gray hairs on social media and once made headlines for shutting down a fan who accused her of using Botox.

Salma's fans seem to think she looks closer to 40. This Fashion Week look brought out her youthful features, killer curves, and a seriously stylish bustier outfit from designer Alexander McQueen.
