For the first time, Drake Bell came forward and admitted to being the unidentified 15-year-old who accused Brian Peck of s-xual assault years ago.

Drake Bell Comes Forward As Unidentified Minor In Assault Allegations
"[Brian Peck] pretty much worked his way into every aspect of my life," Bell said after Peck convinced Bell's dad to step down as his manager, so Peck could take over. “I knew that my life was going to be absolutely going to be completely different from that point on," Bell said before describing the incident.
“I was sleeping on the couch where I would usually sleep, and I woke up to him, I opened my eyes, I woke up, and he was s-xually assaulting me and I froze and in complete shock and had no idea what to do or how to react, and I had no idea how to get out of the situation," Bell said in the docuseries.
"What am I going to call my mom and be like, ‘Hey, this just happened. Can you come pick me up? I’ll just sit here and wait.’ I had no car, I didn’t drive. I was 15 at this time," he continued.
Bell didn't come forward immediately, as he feared his career would end.

Drake Bell's Major Career Move
So, what is Drake Bell's career move? Well, after he revealed he was a victim of s-xual abuse at the hands of dialogue coach Brian Peck while working as a child actor on Nickelodeon, he released a new song and music video about his experience.
"This song was inspired by my past and now that my story is being told I felt the time was right to share it," Bell shared of the new song.
"I kind of relate / I found beauty in my pain / I’m running away / From the abuse and all the shame," Bell sings as he appears on a television set that closely resembles the 'Drake & Josh' set.
The song continues, "‘Cause no one comes / To my house anymore / No one knocks on my door / I kind of relate / The wrong decisions I have made / I wanted to stay / But I couldn’t last another day / My golden days / They seem so far and gray / So I’m running away (running away)."
Bell recently revealed that Peck became almost obsessed with him as he would constantly call Bell's cell phone, and when he wouldn't pick up, he began calling his girlfriend's house phone.

After some questioning why there was a car accident in Bell's new music video, the former Nickelodeon actor took to social media to explain.
"For those who might not get some of the references in the video. This was my car accident," he wrote in the caption of a photo of himself in a hospital bed.
"I was stopped at a red light and someone fell asleep at the wheel and hit me head on at about 60 mph," he continued. "I broke my jaw in three places fractured my neck and lost 9 teeth. My jaw was wired shut for six months. Luckily I was driving a 1966 Ford Mustang and the strength of the car kept it from crushing in on me saving my life."
Drake Bell's Legal Trouble
Following his time on Nickelodeon, Drake Bell got into some legal trouble. In June 2021, he pleaded guilty to charges of attempted child endangerment and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
These charges came after a reported incident involving a minor, 15, in Ohio. The victim had allegedly met Bell online several years earlier and attended one of his concerts in December 2017. The former Nickelodeon actor was sentenced to two years of probation and community service. The judge stated that he would not serve any jail time.
Bell stated he turned to alcohol and drugs after his Nickelodeon days as a way to cope, but has since gotten help and is trying to live life on a better path.
