Savannah Chrisley was making weight loss headlines before celebrities were getting accused of taking Ozempic. The reality star, 26, got honest about the 30 pounds she gained as a result of taking medication to control her endometriosis condition, but she has managed to get on top of it. In 2020, Savannah opened up to discuss managing the uterine condition she suffers from, also mentioning that the max-dose meds she was taking made her weight balloon up 30 pounds.

Revealing 30-Pound Weight Gain

Speaking to Life & Style as she revealed having lost weight, Savannah shared: "I was on a medication and the highest dose possible for six months, and I gained about 30 pounds within the six months,” adding: “I mean, it was hard.”

Continuing as she outlined trying to find ways to battle the side effects of her medication, the daughter to Todd Chrisley continued: “I would work out like crazy and try to eat right but there was nothing I could do to control it." Savannah eventually underwent surgery for her endometriosis towards the start of the global pandemic.

Eventually finding something that worked for her, Savannah settled on South Beach Diet, a brand she was quickly signed to. Of her newfound nutrition regimen, the Chrisley Knows Best star shared:

“Thank goodness for South Beach Diet because it’s truly helped me get back to where I was and where I feel comfortable. I look at it and I’m like, ‘I’ll be 23 next month." Of possibly starting a family, Savannah concluded: “‘I always thought I’d be a young mom,’ so we definitely do go in and do the talks of potentially freezing my eggs and just all the different options that there are.”

South Beach Bikini Body

Savannah has been showing off the results of her diet plans, although she no longer promotes South Beach Diet on her social media. "I wake up in the mornings and I feel good,” she said in 2019. That’s the biggest thing for me. It was about feeling good on the inside and then that’s going to project on the outside.”

Savannah still eats out and treats herself, but fans also get those protein shake selfies, plus regular reminders of the blonde's training sessions in the gym.

"It’s not a beach day without my favorite South Beach snacks, Obsessed with their nacho protein puffs. Thank you so much  @southbeachdiet for making me look AND feel the best I’ve ever felt!" Savannah captioned this 2020 bikini snap as she posed from a beach and plugged South Beach Diet.

Once Weighed 110 Pounds

Savannah got candid on Instagram in 2022 as she revealed her past weight and disordered behaviours.

A"t 17 When I was competing in pageants, I struggled with a borderline eating disorder. I would work out twice a day, not go to sleep until I ran at minimum 6 miles, and I would only eat once a day. I was 5”8 at 110 pounds. I WAS NOT HEALTHY!" she wrote.
