Melania Trump was on hand to vote alongside her husband, Donald Trump, in the Florida presidential primary on Tuesday.
Melania has notably been absent from the campaign trail although she recently appeared alongside the former president for a formal dinner in Mar-a-Lago.
Melania Trump Teases Return To Donald Trump's Campaign Trail
The former first lady made a rare appearance alongside Trump on Tuesday to cast her ballot in the Florida presidential primary.
Melania wore dark sunglasses and a long white dress for the event. She stood by the former president's side while he took questions from journalists.
The Slovenian-born former model then hinted at a return to politics when asked if she would be joining her husband on the campaign trail as he seeks a return to the Oval Office.
"Stay tuned," she said with a smile, per Dailly Mail.
The rare sighting comes after her prolonged absence from his third presidential bid since she attended his campaign launch event in November 2022.
She was absent from his election night watch party earlier this month at their Mar-a-Lago resort and has also not appeared by his side at any of his many court appearances over several charges.
Melania Wanted To 'Humiliate' Trump For His Alleged Affair With Stormy Daniels
In a recent disclosure via her book, "American Woman: The Transformation of the Modern First Lady, From Hillary Clinton to Jill Biden," New York Times reporter Katie Rogers revealed that after allegations first came out in 2018 that Trump paid hush money to adult film star Stormy Daniels, Melania was very angry with him.
She was so angry with the former president that she decided against traveling with him abroad at the time and instead returned to their Mar-a-lago home.
That anger seemingly endured until last March, when Trump was criminally charged for the hush money deal with Daniels, and Melania allegedly did not care if he ended up in prison.
"[FLOTUS press secretary Stephanie] Grisham, who traveled with her on that jaunt, said that the first lady had wanted to communicate her anger to the president," Rogers wrote in her book, per Vanity Fair.
The then-first lady's press secretary told Rogers that Melania "was p---- at Trump and wanted him to be a little humiliated that she took off."
Melania Trump Is Focused On Their Son Barron
Rogers also offered a peek into Melania's life as the former first lady, revealing that she spent the majority of her time "meeting with teams of lawyers to examine her assets and attend to matters associated with her pre- and postnuptial agreements with her husband."
A Washington Post reporter, Mary Jordan, wrote about the prenup in her biography of Melania, titled "The Art of Her Deal." Jordan said Melania used her leverage as First Lady at the time to renegotiate the deal and protect the interests of her son, Barron.
"She wanted proof in writing that when it came to financial opportunities and inheritance, Barron would be treated as more of an equal to Trump's oldest three children," Jordan wrote.
Jordan claimed in her book that all Melania wanted to do was protect her son Barron's "rightful share of inheritance."
She wrote, "According to three people close to Trump, a key reason was that she had finally reached a new and significantly improved financial agreement with Trump, which had left her in a noticeably better financial position. Those sources did not know precisely what she sought, but it was not simply more money."
Donald Trump 'Couldn't Care Less' About Mike Pence's Refusal To Endorse Him
While being questioned by journalists on Tuesday, Trump revealed who his preferred candidate was, and we are not surprised.
"Did somebody just say who did you vote for?" he said after a chuckle. "I voted for Donald Trump."
Trump also expressed dissatisfaction with his former governing partner, Mike Pence, for not endorsing his re-election campaign.
"I couldn't care less," he said of the former vice president.
The real estate mogul recently came under fire for his comment about Jewish voters in an interview with his former advisor, Sebastian Gorka.
"Any Jewish person that votes for Democrats hates their religion; they hate everything about Israel, and they should be ashamed of themselves," he said. "The Democrat Party hates Israel."
Donald Trump Claims He Is 'Doing Very Well With The Jewish Voter'
Despite his controversial comment, the 77-year-old still believes that he has the Jewish vote in the bag.
At Tuesday's event, he claimed that he's "doing very well with the Jewish voter."
Trump also weighed in on his former trade negotiator, Peter Navarro's Miami jail resumption after he was convicted of contempt of Congress, calling him a "good man."
"He was treated very unfairly," Trump said of Navarro, adding that he was "a great patriot – great negotiator for our country."
Since the start of his campaign, Trump has assured his MAGA supporters that his wife will support him at rallys and events.
The couple's last joint public appearance came nine days ago when the ex-president met Hungarian Prime Minister and autocratic leader Viktor Orban.
