Britney Spears Shows That She Can Hit the 'Needle'

Britney Spears isn't only focused on working to gain flexibility in her conservatorship case.

The 37-year-old star posted a photo on Monday showing off her fitness skills and proudly stating, "This is called a needle in dance. I couldn’t do it at 8 but I can now.... who would have thunk it??"

The photo Brit posted is probably not brand new, but she's making the point that she feels in a very good place both physically and mentally. The "Toxic" star has been sharing more on social media than she ever has, and at the root of the posts appear to be a sentiment that she's doing very well in her life.

Meanwhile, the investigation continues into her conservatorship, as well as evaluations that will end up determining how the conservators handle her life in the future.
