When asked about the allegations made regarding the toxic work environment in the writer's room, Schneider admitted that "those jokes went beyond the pale, and I said things that went too far and made practical jokes that went too far."

"That was wrong and that was because I was an inexperienced producer, I was immature," he admitted, adding, "it wouldn't happen today. I'm just really sorry it happened."

The 58-year-old then acknowledged some of the crude jokes that were made in various shows, including 'The Amanda Show' and 'All That', suggesting that they should be removed from older episodes.

“Every one of those jokes was written for a kid audience because kids thought they were funny and only funny,” he claimed.

For example, Penelope Taint, a character portrayed by a young Amanda Bynes on 'The Amanda Show', was one of the crude jokes that Schneider allegedly told writers to keep quiet about. For those who do not know, “taint” is a vulgar slang referring "to the area between the an-s and the posterior part of the external genitalia."

Another scene in question was one involving Ariana Grande, who tried to squeeze the juice out of a potato before she laid upside down off the side of the bed and poured a bottle of water on her face, seemingly referencing a man ej---lating.

“Let’s cut those jokes out of the show, just like I would have done 20 years ago or 25 years ago," Schneider said in the newly released interview, "I want my shows to be popular. I want everyone to like [the shows], the more people who liked the shows, the happier I am. So if there’s anything that needs to be cut because it’s upsetting somebody, let’s cut it.”
