Jen Selter In Pink Bikini Gets A ‘Quality Check’

Model Jen Selter is giving her 14 million Instagram followers another look at her pink bikini!

The 30-year-old fitness model has a lot of different colored bikinis in her closet, but fans all agree that she looks like a "Workout Barbie" when she wears pink. Some fans might even go as far as to say that Jen has an even flatter stomach than Barbie!

While on vacation in the Bahamas, Jen posed by the side of a pool amid a flock of flamingos who were relaxing there. Although Jen tried to fit in with her pink bikini, it appears that she was caught red-handed by a flamingo that used its sharp beak to scratch the side of her leg. “Caption this. Just when I thought I was blending in, the flamingo decided to do a quality check,” she joked in the caption.

“What resort are you at?” one fan asked in the caption. “@bahamaresorts – the best!!” Jen responded. “Cool. I just got to Baha Mar Grand Hyatt – very happy so far!” the fan replied. “You handled that so much better than I would have,” another follower wrote. “I froze up,” Jen confessed. “I am glad you weren’t hurt so I can laugh now,” a third fan chimed in, prompting Jen to respond with two laughing face emojis.

Even though she usually looks calm and composed during her photo shoots, Jen revealed that there are times when things don't always go according to plan. She shared a rear view of her posing for the camera before she turned and ran toward the shore as fast as she could so as not to be knocked over by an incoming wave.

"That run tho. I wasn't going to let the wave take me down," Jen wrote in the caption. "Run, run, run!" one fan exclaimed. "Girl, that run," another follower wrote. "The grace in the movements, my goodness," a third fan chimed in. "Don't mess with the ocean," another follower warned, to which Jen replied with two hands-up emojis.

Jen usually shares a recipe with her followers once a week, but fans have been waiting for this one ever since she teased it on her Instagram Stories! “Grew up on those store-bought brownie bites? Try my no-bake PB Chocolate Protein balls - same delicious taste, way healthier!” she wrote in the caption.

In the video, Jen can be seen assembling the protein balls and then cutting them in half, telling her followers that they taste like a brownie bite. In the caption, she lists her ingredients as ¼ cup of chocolate protein powder, ½ cup cocoa powder, ¼ cup of peanut butter, ¼ cup sugar-free maple syrup or pure honey, ¼ cup of mini dark chocolate chips, and a “very little” dab of coconut oil.

“Chill in the fridge for 10-20 minutes or dive in right away! You can whip up a batch of these bad boys whenever you need a sweet, protein-packed treat and even great for meal prep !” she added along with the hashtags “healthy snack” and “sweet tooth.”

Jen loves to try new fitness products and she gave this one her stamp of approval. After setting up the viral hip thrust machine, Jen donned an orange gym fit while strapping herself in and trying out the product for her followers. “Glute workout using my @bootysprout. Back at it with another amazing compact find. Guys, I love this new machine!” she wrote in the caption.

“I’ve seen this around for a while and finally decided to try it, and all I have to say is it’s Selter-approved. The resistance is great. I’ve been alternating between 2 and 3 bands with 10-20 reps. The no pain no gain face was out in full force,” she continued. “It’s definitely a game-changer and I highly recommend it!” One fan commented, “Love this!!!
