Romeo Beckham and Mia Regan have the rumor mill spinning with whispers of a reunion after being spotted together only three weeks post-breakup. 

Their separation, disclosed in February after a significant five-year bond, undoubtedly left many feeling disheartened and wondering if their love story was truly over. 

In a heartwarming turn of events, the young couple set tongues wagging with their recent public display of affection, hinting at a possible reconciliation. 

The pair, who are both 21, were photographed holding hands during a leisurely stroll through West London, igniting speculation about their relationship status.

Sporting relaxed yet stylish attire, Romeo opted for Supreme sweatpants paired with a gray T-shirt, while Regan rocked baggy jeans, a gray T-shirt, and a bomber jacket. 

In the snapshots obtained by PEOPLE, their effortlessly cool ensembles perfectly complemented each other as they enjoyed their time together while holding hands. 

From their early days as teenage sweethearts to their recent public outings, their relationship had been a subject of fascination. 

Their journey began in 2019 when they were both 16, and they quickly became a fixture in the spotlight, making their first public appearance together at Wimbledon in 2021. Despite a brief split in July 2022 due to distance, their bond proved resilient.
