New Kids on the Block fans are more than excited about the recent announcement that the group will be releasing their first new album in 11 years in May. So excited that a group of them learned the dance for their lead single, "Kids" and formed a flash mob in front of a St. Charles, Illinois Wahlburgers.
When Donnie Wahlberg got wind of this dance party outside of one of his restaurants, he did what every Blockhead would dream he would do - show up and dance with them!

When Wahlberg, 54, heard about the flash mob outside of a Wahlburgers, he not only showed up but also joined in! He even filmed the experience and shared it on the NKOTB's TikTok page.
"So I heard a rumor that there was a flash mob of New Kids fans doing the choreography from the 'Kids' video, the New Kids new song, at actually my restaurant, Wahlburgers," he said while driving to the restaurant. "So we're gonna crash."
When he pulled up to the front of the restaurant, he screamed, "I heard there was something going on here," and was met with screams and excitement. After high-fiving every single person in the flash mob, they performed the dance for him.
The singer and actor couldn't contain his excitement. He announced he was buying everyone lunch and then said, "I feel bad if I don't do it with you guys at least once" just before he joined in on the flash mob fun.

Donnie Wahlberg Wants One Particular NKOTB Member To Appear On 'Blue Bloods'
When he's not making music and sneaking up on flash mobs, Wahlberg is hard at work shooting new episodes of "Blue Bloods."
One thing he's been vocal about recently is the fact that he would love his two worlds to collide - NKOTB and "Blue Bloods."
Wahlberg recently told Andy Cohen during an appearance on "Andy Cohen Live" on SiriusXM that only one NKOTB member has ever made an appearance on the show - Jordan Knight, in an uncredited role in 2011.
"Listen, I've been trying. It's a no-brainer for Joey to do it, and I'm sure he'd be willing if there was a good part, but it just hasn't been the right thing," Wahlberg said.
Just last year, Wahlberg revealed to an executive producer on the show his bucket list. One of the things on the list is to get McIntyre on the show.
"Get freaking Joey on the show because you told me you were gonna get him on the show a decade ago and we're still waiting. So we'll see," Wahlberg told Cohen. "It's a bucket list for me on the show for sure."
