Remi Bader Spilled The Beans On The End Of Her Two-Year Romance
Known for advocating body positivity and candid clothing reviews, Bader opened up about another chapter of her life to her 2.3 million followers on Tuesday. Donning a black outfit for the monologue, she began her latest upload by affirming, "Yes guys, I am single."
Since speculation about her relationship status arose several days earlier when she posted a tearful video with the accompanying text, "When he says doing it over text is easier for him than doing it in person after almost two years together," she explained:
"I am not going to be the person to badmouth someone online that's been in my life for almost two years. It's not what I'm gonna do. That's why I wanted to come on here when I was a bit more stable to say, 'Yes, I'm single.'"
"This is someone I thought I was gonna marry; this was my best friend. I've never been so close to someone in my life. I really, really just wanted to believe that this was who I was gonna spend the rest of my life with," Bader shared while visibly fighting back her tears.
She then disclosed that she had never experienced heartbreak before as Postell was her "first boyfriend," and their relationship started when she was 27.

After pointing out that she "saw such a future with this person" just one week ago, the social media personality tearfully said:
"All I can do is keep thinking of the positive -- that I never thought that I was capable of being loved, and never thought that I could picture having kids with anyone or getting married or having a future, and for the first time in my life, those were things we spoke about all the time. And I really saw that."
Now, with the split, she can only think, "Well now that's over and I'll never have that." Despite that feeling, Bader opted to focus on the belief that she will "have that with someone and now I can picture it," even though she does not "know who it will be with."
Amid it all, the TikTok trendsetter remained confident in her ability to persevere, stating, "I will be OK," and emphasizing, "I just think, for me, it's gonna take time. One thing I'm focused on is not letting this break me."
Ultimately, Bader had zero regrets about her relationship with Postell, which began in June 2022 after they met on a dating app, as she had "learned a lot about" herself and was assured that she could "give so much love to someone else."
She conclusively told her fans, "We're gonna move on and we're gonna do it together. And I love you guys."
Bader's Post-Breakup Update Garnered An Avalanche Of Support From Her Fans
Shortly after the TikTok clip went live, messages of love poured from her fans into her comments section.
"Try to journal and get those feelings out. If you have journaled read back the beginning of your relationship and know you will feel that again. I am so sorry that this needed to happen to you," one supporter advised, as another expressed, "Omg NO, I'm so sorry. I was so scared of this seeing all your Monday b-day videos with no evidence of him."
Another fan wrote, "We love you. This is all gonna make sense one day," while another reflected, "Your first break up is hard, no matter the age. We all know the pain you're in all too well. Trust me, you'll be brave again & find someone new."
Even actress Lili Reinhart offered her support, typing, "It's so hard to wrap your head around someone being there one day and gone the next. Your heart will heal. Let yourself take the time and don't judge yourself during this process."
