Michael Phelps, the most decorated Olympian in history, is a total tease.
The gold-medalist jumped back in the pool this week and posted a Speedo-clad pic to social media, using the hashtag 2020Tokyo.
Don't get your hopes up though, the champ is still living the life of leisure in retirement. He was just doing some laps with fellow Olympian and longtime friend Allison Schmitt, who is ACTUALLY heading to Tokyo for the summer games.
Oh well, we can dream.
