International Star Elena Matei Takes Over NY's Times Square For 'Rock It' Release [PHOTOS]

International supermodel and singer-songwriter Elena Matei celebrated the launch of her new single in one of the ways everyone dreams of, billboards in New York's Times Square!

The supermodel and singer-songwriter was spotted in front of the massive displays after dropping her debut single, 'Rock It,' a powerful anthem that is themed in "unity, resilience, and the shared human experience."

Of course, the most amazing part is seeing a musician celebrate the release of their music, standing next to giant billboards with their face on them!

Elena Matei is known for gracing the covers of Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Ocean Drive, and Marie Claire, but is now trending on streaming platforms like Spotify, and Apple Music, and available for download worldwide.

In the photos, you can see the joy in her eyes while taking in the amazing crowd in the middle of one of the busiest areas in New York.

The video for “Rock It” is launching on March 14th, according to her rep, and more songs are dropping throughout the year – singles “Hear For You” and “Fate” are dropping this spring and summer -- with the whole album later in 2024.

Matei is known for her "popera" voice, skillfully divided among sopranos, mezzo-sopranos, and contraltos, as acclaimed by legendary record producer and arranger David Foster.
