The man arrested for allegedly stalking Kate Beckinsale won't do any time behind bars and had all charges against him dropped.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the State Attorney’s Office in Florida decided in August not to move forward with the case against Terry Lee Repp.

Repp was arrested on July 29 at the Tampa Bay Comic Con after police spotted him before Beckinsale was slated to speak at a panel. The State Attorney’s Office tells The Blast that because cops grabbed Repp before he came in contact with Beckinsale, his actions did not proceed far enough to be considered stalking.

In the police report, cops described Repp as having "an irrational obsession with" Beckinsale and say he has "traveled across the country in an effort to harass her."

According to police, Repp had an incident with Beckinsale in Salt Lake City back in 2016 where he allegedly made physical contact with Beckinsale where he touched her in the back. Police say Repp "made a statement to the victim in reference to stabbing her."

Repp was also was detained in Houston in 2016 after he was found at another event Beckinsale was attending.
