Victoria's Secret Model Erin Heatherton Sued for $10 Million Over Failed Sportswear Line

A stylist who worked with Erin Heatherton on a sportswear line that never came to be believes the company would have been worth millions ... and now she's filed a massive $10 million lawsuit against the supermodel.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Clare Byrne claims she worked with Heatherton for a few months in 2015 to develop a sportswear line called RetroActive.

Byrne claims she negotiated a discounted rate to work with Heatherton on the project and 40% of Heatherton's interest in any company formed to market RetroActive.

In the suit, Byrne claims Heatherton wore RetroActive gear on September 18, 2015 to film a promotional video for "Zoolander 2" and then again on October 3, 2015 to throw out the first pitch at a New York Mets game (see photos of both below).

Byrne claims that a few weeks later, Heatherton abandoned the project completely "without warning or justification."

Byrne is suing to recoup expenses from the failed project, plus the money she would have made for her work if she hadn't accepted a lower rate in the first place.

Apparently, Byrne believes her 40% would have been worth quite the pretty penny because she's asking for $10 million in damages.

A rep for Heatherton did not respond to our request for comment.
