Selena Gomez's best friend was back in the gym proudly showing off her transplant surgery battle wound.

Francia Raisa posted the video of herself doing dumbbell workouts and her scar is clearly visible. The scar is barely visible, with two small incisions serving as a reminder of the organ donation she gave to Gomez and saved her life.

As The Blast previously reported, Raisa recently returned to work on the set of her new TV show, "Grown-ish."
