Tupac Actor Accused of Attacking, Threatening Baby Mama

"All Eyez On Me" star Demetrius Shipp Jr. allegedly grabbed his baby mama by the neck and forcefully held her down against her will, and now she's filed a restraining order against the actor.

According to documents, LaPorcha Holt claims on September 25 the Tupac actor "forcefully grabbed me on the side around my neck and held me down while pushing me into bed." She also says he, "Pushed me against wall and took cellphone."

Holt says she was physically uninjured in the altercation, and only suffered emotional distress from threats allegedly made by Shipp.

The judge granted Holt's temporary restraining order, giving Holt full custody of their two kids with Shipp getting no visitation. The order is in effect until their hearing on October 13.

Demetrius tells the Blast, "The allegations against me are false. I'm a good father and love my children and family" A rep for Demetrius tells The Blast, the incident stems from an unfortunate custody dispute between the actor and Holt, and he plans on vigorously defending himself.
