Miley Cyrus Wants Dog Bite Lawsuit Deposition to Be Put Down

Miley Cyrus says she is too famous to sit down and be grilled about her sister’s dog allegedly attacking a model.

Cyrus' sister Brandi was sued in 2014 after her German Shepherd, Feather, allegedly bit a woman named Yolande Ngom at Cyrus' apartment complex back in 2012.

Because Miley's company, Smiley Miley, owns the condo Brandi lived in, Ngom's lawyers wanted Cyrus to sit for a deposition, but Hannah Montana wants nothing to do with it.

In legal documents obtained by The Blast, Cyrus says the plaintiff is merely trying to harass and annoy her. In addition, Cyrus claims she doesn't know anything about the incident and claims "there has been no indication from the extensive discovery to date that Ms. Cyrus had any personal knowledge about Feather prior to the subject incident."

Cyrus wants a judge to say she doesn't have to sit for the deposition, but a ruling has yet to come down.
