Jennette McCurdy Says Farewell To Her Podcast After Just Four Months

Jennette McCurdy is closing a chapter in her life.

Just four months after starting her podcast, "Hard Feelings with Jennette McCurdy," she's saying goodbye. At the end of her most recent episode, she broke the news, as well as in an Instagram post.

At the end of her most recent podcast episode shared on February 6 titled, "the last episode," McCurdy dropped the bomb that this was her last.

"I just want to take a second to say thank you guys so much for joining me on this journey of 'Hard Feelings.' I've so enjoyed the process of putting my complicated feelings and specific stories out here in a really raw, unfiltered way. It's a nice outlet for me and I hope it's one for you guys," McCurdy said at the end of her last podcast episode. "I hope it's been inspiring or comforting or connecting or anything conducive to growth."

She said it's a format she's uncomfortable with at times and that writing is more her speed, but it's been a good lesson for her.

"I'm thankful for you all truly," she said. "And wishing you the best."

She also shared her goodbye to the podcast in an Instagram post captioned, "i hope you guys enjoyed the final episode of hard feelings. i got a lot out of making the show and i’m grateful to you all for listening. all episodes of the show will continue to be available wherever you listen to podcasts. that’s it for hard feelings!!"

The actress and author's loyal fanbase dropped into the comments to wish her the best and talk about how much they enjoyed her podcast.

"It was a great place to find validation and feeling less alone. Thanks for putting your vulnerability out there for us. Best of luck on your next projects ?," one person wrote. Another added, "absolutely loved it and felt so seen and heard. I know your next ventures are going to be just as great x."

The "iCarly" star's first book has been a hit from the moment it was released. In December, she shared that it has been on the New York Times Bestseller list for 62 weeks!
