Donald Trump has proclaimed his love for his wife, Melania Trump, in a Valentine's Day message to her. He also thanked Melania for her support through his many legal battles in recent months.
Along with the Valentine's Day message, Trump took the opportunity to ask for financial support from his fans for his re-election campaign.
Donald Trump Says 'I Love You Melania'
Former President Donald Trump's Valentine's Day message to his wife, Melania Trump, came packed with reflections about how she has supported him through his many legal battles.
Many of the cases are still ongoing, including federal and state indictments, all of which Trump has claimed are a political "witch hunt" to disrupt his re-election plans.
The message came in the form of a campaign email with the subject line, "I love you, Melania!"
It read, "Dear Melania, I LOVE YOU. Even after every single INDICTMENT, ARREST, and WITCH HUNT, you never left my side. You've always supported me through everything. I wouldn't be the man I am today without your guidance, kindness, and warmth. "
Trump then mentioned that the former model "will always mean the world" to him before signing off the letter with an adoring remark that read, "From your husband with love, Donald J. Trump."
Donald Trump Solicited For Cash In The Letter To His Wife
Besides the emotional proclamation of love, Trump also added to the letter a box where MAGA supporters could leave a "personalized" Valentine's Day message for Melania. Additionally, he included options for readers to donate to his re-election campaign.
One of the options asked readers to donate $20.24 "if you're supporting President Trump in 2024," while another asked them to donate $47 "if you think Donald J. Trump is the greatest president of all time."
There were also other options for $100, $250, $500, $1,000, $3,300, and an unnamed higher amount, all of which could be set to be a recurring payment.
Further below was a political message written in all caps that called out President Joe Biden's handling of the country's affairs and how there is a conspiracy against him to get him off the ballot.
It read, "THIS IS PRESIDENT TRUMP, AND I WILL NEVER STOP FIGHTING FOR PATRIOTS LIKE YOU! JOE BIDEN HAS DESTROYED AMERICA: OPEN BORDERS, SKYROCKETING CRIME AND RECORD-LEVEL INFLATION. NOW THEY'RE TRYING TO REMOVE ME FROM THE BALLOT, BUT I WILL NEVER SURRENDER. CAN I COUNT ON YOUR SUSTAINED SUPPORT?"
Is Melania Trump Still In Love With The Ex-President?
In the meantime, Melania did not post any public messages to her husband on Valentine's Day. The duo had previously not publicly celebrated their anniversary, further adding to speculations that their marriage has no emotional connection.
"Very simply put, Donald is with Melania because her presence could help him win the presidency again," a source told the National Enquirer about the current status of the couple's relationship.
Melania had also renegotiated her prenup with Trump earlier, with sources saying she was "most concerned about maintaining and increasing a substantial trust for their son, Barron." At the time, it was also claimed that the former model would get a whopping $100 million if the marriage ended in divorce.
Melania Trump Recently Returned To Donald Trump's Campaign Trail
Despite speculations that Melania and Trump aren't emotionally connected anymore, the former model recently returned to the campaign trail to support the billionaire mogul.
She appeared at a campaign event hosted at Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence, mingling with guests alongside her husband. Her presence excited MAGA supporters, who then took to social media to gush about her beauty and troll her detractors.
Her appearance came in the wake of remarks from Trump that she would play an active role in his re-election campaign.
"She wants to make America great again, too. She's gonna play, and she always did play a big role," Trump said during an interview with Fox News' Brian Kilmeade, per Newsweek.
Melania's return to the campaign trail has also been positively received by MAGA fans, who see it as a step in the right direction and a massive support for Trump amid his battle to become president again.
