Britney Spears Teases Limited Edition Valentine's Day Treat

Pop star Britney Spears is giving fans a sweet treat just in time for Valentine's Day!

This holiday, the "Toxic" singer is flying solo as she moves closer to settling her divorce from actor Sam Asghari, whom she has been married to since June 2022.

It looks like the 42-year-old pop star plans to celebrate Valentine's Day with a sweet treat! The "Oops!... I Did It Again" singer collaborated with Glace, one of her favorite New York City dessert spots, to create a limited edition culinary confection just in time for the holiday!

The well-known dessert shop, founded by Sasha Zabar, has created the "Britney Brûlée" in order to show their love for the "Crossroads" actress on Valentine's Day. The dish is reportedly an "elevated" version of the brand's viral s'mores hot chocolate.

This dessert starts off with a mocha base, which just so happens to be a favorite of the "Circus" singer. The drink features a rim of toasted marshmallow fluff as well as a scoop of their delectable chantilly cream. The dessert is topped with a caramelized sugar disk which features a cursive "B" created with mocha dust.

The seasonal dessert will only be available from February 14 through February 18 for $14. Twenty percent of the profits sold from Britney's sweet treat will be donated to The Trevor Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to LGBTQ+ youth.

“I was scrolling on Instagram, and I came across the Glace hot chocolates and I lost my mind!” Spears said in a statement obtained by People magazine. “New York has always been a really special place for me and when I discovered Glace I knew I wanted to do something special with them and partner with a local business in N.Y.C! I can’t wait for you to try what we created together!”

In addition to Valentine's Day, Britney has another reason to celebrate with a sweet treat. According to a press release from her publisher, Gallery Books, her October 2023 memoir "The Woman In Me" sold over two million copies in January.

On Friday, January 19, Britney took to Instagram to admit that food is her weakness as she opened up about her weight. Although she deleted the Instagram post, fans loved to see her open up about her relationship with food and her weight. “Food is my weakness I will admit it !!!” she wrote in the caption. “When I was younger and would go to restaurants with my mom, she would either say ‘sit still’ or ‘you are eating way too fast … please slow down’ !!! I’m a passionate eater ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ !!!”

“I do remember at lunch though everybody’s meal was still there when mine was gone in 2 seconds !!!” she continued. “But it’s weird my weight pretty much stays the same !!! I’m usually 135 on scale … that’s my normal weight !!! Well that’s good for me ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ !!! I want to be 125 – 128 but I’m probably gonna do 140 now that this d— BLAZE coffee place has opened !!! D— !!!”

“I’m just saying that pic is better than any award … any trip … any sibling … any car !!! It looks absolutely amazing !!!” she continued, revealing one of her favorite fast food desserts. “I still eat the same secret hot fudge Sunday from Wendy’s !!! The one that has the deep bottom brownie !!! Yep they still have it !!! Around dinner I will go eat one for dinner !!!”

Her ex-husband, Sam Asghari, was working as a personal trainer when the two met on the set of her "Slumber Party" music video in 2016. “My ex husband was a trainer so he knew a lot of different ways and easy tricks to stay healthy !!! With food I think it’s weird though !!!” Britney wrote in the deleted post, adding, “Timing is important I think !!! Sometimes when I see food commercials I’m like GROOSSSSS !!! But then sometimes I stop and drool ? !!!”

“I suggest whoever you’re with or thinking of being with … make sure you look at them just the way you’re looking at that blaze coffee !!! Psss CAN I HAVE MORE PLEASE !!!” she concluded. Fans are eager to see if she will pose with her own customized coffee from Glace this Valentine's Day!
