Chris Hemsworth has whatever the opposite of a "Dad Bod" is, and proudly put every regular guy to shame when he hit the surf on the Gold Coast.

Hemsworth is in Australia for the premiere of "Thor: Ragnarok" and got some downtime for a bit of swimming before grabbing lunch with friends.

Meanwhile Hemsworth's little brother, Liam, was surfing in Malibu while girlfriend Miley Cyrus watched on ... especially when he peeled off his wet suit.
