The "Baywatch" star took to social media on the day before Valentine's Day to share a photo that featured her lying topless in bed while giving her 2.7 million Instagram followers a glimpse of her sheer panties!

The "Frank and Penelope" actress looked as stunning as ever on Tuesday night, posing in her underwear while stretching out across the length of her bed. Although her hair fell behind her back, she was clearly topless in the photo as she pressed her bare feet into the pillows at the head of the bed. She wore a sheer pair of pink panties as she lay on her side, holding a wrapped present in her hands.
