Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire Mentoring Models in NYC

Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire made some new friends in NYC this week ... who also happened to be beautiful models.

DiCaprio was seen chatting up Ukranian model and activist, Alina Baikova. Maguire was playing wingman with a blonde woman who was also dressed in the typical off-model attire.

How nice of the two moguls to take time out of their busy schedules for the up-and-comers.
