Taylor Swift will be cheering Travis Kelce on at the upcoming Super Bowl with both of their families. A report has revealed that the NFL star is paying over $1 million for a VIP suite for everyone to stay during the game.
His mom, Donna, previously shared that she'd support him from the regular stands at the game because of how costly the VIP suites are.
Taylor Swift And Travis Kelce's Families Will Be At The Super Bowl
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's families will be building their bond at the upcoming Super Bowl on Sunday, as they'll watch the game together from a VIP suite.
Sources revealed to TMZ that the suite would host Swift's mom and dad, Andrea and Scott Swift, along with her brother Austin and his girlfriend, Sydney.
Kelce's family will also be at the game, including his mom and dad, Donna and Ed, his brother Jason, and his wife, Kylie. They'll all cheer the NFL star on as he plays to possibly win his third Super Bowl ring.
According to the news outlet, sources from Allegiant Stadium, where the Super Bowl will take place, revealed that the suite Swift and Kelce's families will stay in costs over $1 million.
The insiders also claimed that Swift would bring some of her celebrity friends to the game, but it's not clear whether they'll stay in the suite.
Travis Kelce Is Covering Sunday's Bill
They further claim that Kelce will cover the huge bill because he wants their families to be together as he plays for the win and has a good time.
The bill might not be much to Kelce, as he's currently on a $ 14 million-a-year salary with The Kansas City Chiefs. He also makes millions through multiple brand endorsements away from the field.
Kelce himself spoke about the bill during a recent episode of his "New Heights" podcast. He joked about "counting how much money I'm spending on this damn Super Bowl for family and friends to come."
However, from previous interviews, it's clear that Kelce is happy to have his family and Swift there for support. During an appearance earlier this month on "The Pat McAfee Show," the athlete said, "I love it when Taylor comes and supports me and enjoys the game with the fam and friends. It's been nothing but a wonderful year, man."
Travis Kelce's Mom Planned To Cheer From The Stands
During a recent appearance on the "Today Show," Kelce's mom, Donna, spoke about the huge expense for the VIP suites and said she'd be staying in the regular stands. However, it's evident that Kelce won't let that happen at his big game.
Donna said, "You can understand that the boxes in Vegas are multi-million dollars, so I have a feeling I am not in a box; I am in the stands. As far as I know, I am in the stands with everybody else because it is a pricey Super Bowl."
The tickets and suites for Sunday's game in Vegas are extremely expensive, ranging between $180,000 for four tickets and $ 1.8 million for 20 tickets.
Donna has attended the majority of her son's games this season and stayed in a suite for all of them. She cheered the football star on with Swift by her side during the games the "Out of The Woods" singer was able to attend, as she's currently still on her "Eras" world tour.
The NFL Star Recently Blundered One Of Taylor Swift's Famous Lyrics
Amid their very public romance, it seems that Swift has yet to teach Kelce the lyrics to some of her biggest songs. During a conversation with media members on Thursday in Vegas, the Chiefs tight end was repeatedly asked about their relationship.
They asked the football star why people are so obsessed with their romance, and Kelce said it's the "values" they stand for as a couple. Then, one journalist asked him to complete a famous line from Swift's hit song, "Karma," and he arguably failed.
The part of the song the journalist asked him to complete was, "Karma is the guy on the screen/ Coming straight home to me."
She started off the line with, "Karma is the guy on the...," and Kelce confidently added, "Chiefs," which isn't the original line but an improvisation Swift made for him when he attended one of the shows in Argentina in 2023. When the journalist pointed out the error, he laughed and asked her to jump to the next question.
