Nicole Scherzinger proved that workout time can be swimwear time as she impressed her Instagram fans with an energetic workout while showing off her bikini body back in August 2021.

The Pussycat Dolls singer put her insanely toned figure on display for a revealing gym session as she both pumped iron and did some cardio, and fans were floored. Delivering her moves from a studio and even hopping on a spinning bike, Nicole showed off her curves and her shredded muscles while in a minuscule two-piece, also throwing in an empowering and humorous caption. Fans have left the Hawaii-born star over 390,000 likes.

Jaw-Dropping In Bikini Workout

Scroll for the video. Flaunting her eye-popping cleavage, tiny waist, and toned legs in a rusty-red bikini with criss-cross neck straps, Nicole left little to the imagination as she drew attention to her enviable physique while adding more muscle to her frame.

Kicking off holding dumbbells and lunge-squatting with one foot raised on a small circular disc, Nicole kept her moves slow and sustained, working her arms, shoulders, legs, and glutes all at once. Wowing fans as she highlighted her every muscle in her stringy swimwear, The Masked Singer judge moved on to cardio, going nuts on her bike and upping her heart rate for some hardcore exercise.

Nicole eventually moved onto some Pilates-style moves, using a workout bench to hunch her body into a curl before elongating and extending one of her legs for some glute-firming work. She even included a cheeky twerk at the end!

"I don’t dance…I WERK," a caption read.

"Lord almighty!" one fan replied. "This is my favorite workout video. I'm going to try this routine," another said. Nicole is known for sharing her workout regimen to social media, one that often includes yoga moves and hiking.

Body Didn't Build Itself

Nicole has opened up about her exercise regimen, something that's both varied and comes as a regular deal.

"I love doing everything from SoulCycle spinning and climbing to boxing and dance cardio. It’s really good to always keep your body guessing and to always switch it up," she's revealed. Nicole also pays just as much attention to what goes into her body, and will happily max out every nutrient she can. "If I have some frozen fruit laying around, I’ll make an oat milk smoothie," she continued. "Sometimes I’ll put turmeric powder in it, which is delicious and anti-inflammatory."

Super-Toned In Bikini Sunbathe

"The sun is sunning!!! Not me trying to squeeze in an hour of sun, wearing a bikini in the middle of these London parks out here y’all! Had to get it in before these Saturday rehearsals today!" she wrote.
