Brandi Glanville is claiming that the sexual assault claims from Caroline Manzo have really messed her up mentally and financially.
As The Blast has previously reported, 62-year-old Caroline Manzo accused Brandi Glanville of harassing her during the filming of ‘The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip’ while in Morocco.
According to the suit, Glanville made unwanted advances towards Manzo, and kissed her without her consent while on set. She also claims that the production network encouraged the “sexually offensive and harassing content.”
As Glanville navigates through these recent accusations, she said that turning to OnlyFans has helped her work through it, mentally and financially.
Brandi Glanville Opens Up Abot Mental Health Following Claims
“I joined OnlyFans ’cause I didn’t have income from the whole six months, and it saved my life,” she said on a recent episode of her 'Brandi Glanville Unfiltered' podcast.
“I thought I was, like, being desperate,” she continued, acknowledging that the platform is known for its nude content and can be looked at as derogatory towards women, “and then when I got on it, I was like, ‘I’m really feeling my sexual being at 51.'”
Caroline Manzo filed a lawsuit against Glanville last month, which claimed: Glanville "mounted Manzo on the couch holding Manzo down with her body, forcibly squeezed Manzo’s cheeks together and thrust her tongue in Manzo’s mouth, while humping her.”
Glanville, who has repeatedly denied the allegations, said the entire situation has taken a toll on her mentally, physically and financially. "It gives me so much anxiety and I think that’s why I've had the flare ups this past week," she told her cohost James Maas and guest Vicki Gunvalson.
"I’m all clenched up. I’m a mess. My health is really f----ed."
She claims she was treated for stress-induced angioedema -- a condition that causes swelling under the skin -- after Manzo's allegations.
Brandi Glanville Denies Accusations Made By Caroline Manzo
Brandi Glanville has continuously denied the accusations, with her rep releasing a statement shortly after the news broke, claiming that she “had to wake up to yet another lawsuit that includes defamatory, false accusations about her.”
The rep also claimed that “while filming, Brandi followed what the producers asked of her, and there was no sexual assault. She is innocent of these absurd accusations that have weighed on her mental and physical health for far too long without a word of support from Peacock, Shed, or Bravo.”
Glanville’s rep concluded with, “This painful storytelling seems endless and needs to stop. She is looking to move on and upward and get her life back.”
It is important to note that Manzo isn’t directly going after Glanville, and instead, she is suing Bravo, Peacock, and other production and showrunners for allegedly encouraging the “sexually offensive and harassing content.”
The ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ alum is suing for “negligence, sexual harassment, sex/gender discrimination, sexual battery, and other causes of action that she says violate state laws in California and New York,” per the docs.
Bravo and Peacock have yet to comment on the lawsuit.
