As you know, Calvin Harris is a Scottish DJ, record producer, singer, and songwriter. He is known for hits such as 'One Kiss', where he worked with Dua Lipa. The single went on to become certified quadruple platinum by RIAA after selling 4,000,000 units in the United States.

But one of the biggest headlines that Harris made was in regard to his messy relationship with Taylor Swift -- which ended in an extreme rant on Twitter, the social media platform now known as X. Fans began to speculate that Swift co-wrote his 2016 hit, ‘This Is What You Came For’ featuring Rihanna, which sparked the DJ to become emotional.

He took to Twitter to share a series of posts, bringing up Swift's new relationship, claiming if she was happy then she should focus on it rather than trying to ruin his career.

“I figure if you’re happy in your new relationship you should focus on that instead of trying to tear your ex-bf down for something to do. I know you’re off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy [Perry] ETC but I’m not that guy, sorry. I won’t allow it, ” Harris wrote at the time.

"Please focus on the positive aspects of YOUR life because you’ve earned a great one," he added. "God bless everyone have a beautiful day.”

Following the backlash Harris received, he publicly apologized, admitting he messed up and it was not a good move. He told British GQ, “I was protecting what I see as my one talent in the world being belittled. It felt like things were piling on top of me, and that was when I snapped. It’s very difficult when something I consider so personal plays out very publicly.”

The Tweets have since been deleted.

The 'One Kiss' artist was not home at the time of the fire. Luckily, no one was harmed.
