'RHOSLC' Star Lisa Barlow Is Ready For 'Our Best Season Ever'

Lisa Barlow is ready for new beginnings in season 5 of the "Real Housewives of Salt Lake City."

Barlow has kept busy between seasons 4 and 5 with the Sundance Film Festival, her many businesses, being a mom, and her partnership with Clorox to promote their Glam Getaway Sweepstakes. And, as filming for season 5 begins rolling, Barlow feels the new season will be "our best season ever."

While the popular Bravo reality series hasn't released a premiere date for season 5 just yet, it's expected to return later this year. The new season will see the return of Lisa Barlow, Meredith Marks, Angie Katsanevas and Whitney Rose. Monica Garcia will not be coming back to the franchise.

"I think that the relationships within the core four have changed so much," Barlow told The Blast exclusively. "The one thing that I love about our show and our cast and crew, everybody's still so vulnerable and so open and learning so much about each other, so I think there's still a lot of resolve that needs to happen."

Barlow explained that viewers have seen relationships shift over the past four years of filming and she feels season 5 will be "our best season ever."

"The bar is so high now, but I think we're gonna keep pushing it higher and higher," she said. "I think this is gonna be another epic season."

As far as last season goes, Lisa Barlow said the best part for her was the "relationship shifts."

"I got to a better place with Meredith. We started the show as real friends. We had been friends for years prior, so it feels good that we could rebound a little bit," she explained. "I think we're still figuring out a better pathway forward, because the old friendship is gone but it feels like we're in a good place."

Barlow also said there's been a "huge shift" with her relationship with Heather, saying they are in a "better place now."

"And I think that with this season, some of the changes that the production company has made and Bravo, I think it's going to be an amazing season," she continued. "So many things are happening in all our lives that you're gonna experience us differently which is really important."

As the cameras start rolling for the new season, balancing motherhood, businesses, being a reality star, and everything else going on in Barlow's life can be challenging, but Barlow is up for it.

"I don't know if I balance so well. I feel like I'm running a race that I'm never going to win, but I'm always trying," she said. "We have so much going on. I just got back in town, and we're going right back into filming. I don't think I've been home a week a month since September, so it's been kind of crazy. But I love working. I love being a mom. I love that I have this opportunity to be on 'Housewives.'"

Lisa Barlow compared being chosen to be on the show is similar to being in the NBA.

"I always say it's like being on an NBA team," she said. "Everyone wants to be on it and there's very few that are chosen, so I love that I have the opportunity to push myself even further - what more can I do, what more can I accomplish? I don't think there's ever a perfect formula, but I'm always doing my best and have goals against everything."

Barlow recently partnered with Clorox saying it's "the most organic partnership ever" for her.

"I love clean. I'm a neat freak. I grew up the product of a neat freak. And it's so exciting for me to be able to partner with Clorox for a Glam Getaway weekend for two to go to New York City," she told The Blast. Speaking of disinfecting wipes, that's Barlow's favorite Clorox product. She is also a fan of the standard Clorox for cleaning anything and everything.

"I like everything clean in our house. I love how quick and easy it is to wipe away fingerprints. I love to bring the disinfecting wipes on airplanes. I like clean and don't want to be sick," she said. "I love the standard Clorox. In season 2 or 3, I was cleaning toilets with Clorox. I use the product. I love it."
