Jessie James Decker Gets 'Honest' In Muscle-Flaunting Bikini

Jessie James Decker decided to get "honest" with fans as she showed off her insanely toned figure in a skimpy bikini back in September 2020. The country singer and Kittenish clothing designer dropped jaws as she flaunted her shredded muscles in a tiny two-piece, and she was pretty much giving singer Jennifer Lopez a run for her money on the abs. Highlighting her bulging quads and biceps as she also showed off her curves, Jessie spoke of her hatred of working out, but it looks like the 35-year-old definitely does it on the regular! Fans have left over 200,000 likes to the post. Also dropping a like was Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin.

Posing indoors and against a white wall, Jessie drew the eye to her gym-honed muscles as she rocked an aqua-colored bikini with a plunging neckline and thin spaghetti straps.
Flashing her enhanced assets as she also showcased her curvy hips, the mom of three said: "Gonna be honest... I hate working out. I dread it. I’m one of those girls that watches the clock and counts down to the last second when I can be done. I wish I enjoyed it."

Jessie, currently in the final weeks of her fourth pregnancy, continued that she'd love to be a total gym nut, but that she just isn't. However, she did acknowledge that in order to "achieve" the body she calls "strong," she has to "put the hard work into it. Everyone asks me all the time what kind of workout I do and what I eat. As far as workouts I’ll be real, I hate running so I don’t do much of that. I do enjoy lifting weights and quick-circuit training. I love the stairmaster, I love nice long walks (lunges are key, I do 100 at a time)," the Dancing With the Stars alum continued.
As to how often Jessie hits the gym, it's no more than a "few times a week" per the star, and she doesn't train for more than 40 minutes at a time.

Shifting away from exercise and into nutrition, Jessie further shared:
"But the biggest factor is watching what I EAT and making sure whatever I’m putting in my body is going to make me feel strong and energized." Here, she name-dropped her Just Feed Me cookbook, encouraging fans to shop it for those healthy, tasty recipes. Jessie joins the list of super-fit stars, not limited to the aforementioned JLo, sitcom star Jennifer Aniston, actress Halle Berry, plus talk show host Kelly Ripa.
