Kim Zolciak's selling streak continues, with her skincare line falling into new hands!
In recent months, the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star has made headlines for selling personal items, including luxury bags and shoes. Now, her beauty brand Kashmere Kollections has joined the ever-growing list amid financial issues with her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann.
Kim Zolciak Sells Skincare Line To Famous Female Wellness Brand
Zolciak announced the sale of her Kashmere Kollections brand in an Instagram post, sharing a news release about the company's acquisition by Tim Sharif's 310 Nutrition LLC. The message revealed that the TV personality joined Sharif in 2016 to create her skincare line.
After years of "sparing no expense in creating high-quality skin care products people would love," Zolciak has passed the torch to Sharif. While it is unclear if she will still have a role in Kashmere Kollections' future, the statement noted the brand would grow under new leadership.
"Kashmere Kollections, under Tim Sharif's leadership, will continue to bring the products customers love, expanding offerings to introduce new and innovative skincare solutions," the news release read.

Additionally, they celebrated the event by offering fans "25% off sitewide on premium skincare products at kashmerekollections.com for the month of February." Both parties involved in the sale similarly echoed their enthusiasm about the future, with Sharif stating:
"I'm thrilled to help take Kashmere Kollections to new heights. Carrying on the original vision for this company of creating inclusive, premium skincare aligns perfectly with my mission of empowering people to embrace their best selves through healthier lifestyle choices."
On the other hand, Zolciak reflected on her skincare line's growth, noting, "The journey began with the birth of my first baby, inspiring a mission to tackle skin challenges like stretch marks that can come with fluctuating weight gain and loss." She added:
"We sought out highly renowned formulators to craft my flagship product, the Luxurious Toning Oil. To date, that is still one of the top sellers in the Kashmere Kollections brand, along with a wide range of affordable luxury products for skin, body, and hair."
The "Don't Be Tardy" star also expressed her joy for Sharif's leadership in the post's caption and thanked fans for their years-long dedication, writing: "Heartfelt thank you for the incredible loyalty you've shown @kashmerekollections! I can't wait to watch the brand's growth. Here's to your future filled with endless possibilities!"
Kim Zolciak Sold High-End Designer Items Amid Financial Challenges
Three months before selling her skincare line to 310 Nutrition LLC, Zolciak seemingly dipped her hands into her collection of designer items to tackle her and Biermann's ongoing financial challenges.
In November, she listed several luxury brand items for sale online, such as a gray Louis Vuitton purse selling at $4,500 and a Chanel Shearling bag priced at $5,900. Other items included in this impromptu sale were her Gucci mink heels [at $1,250] and Balmain plastic heels [going for $600].
Beyond addressing debt concerns, the sale sparked rumors of positive developments in her relationship with Biermann amid their divorce. Sources claimed it could be seen as a potential peace offering to her estranged husband, especially after she pocketed the proceeds from her last sale.
In an Instagram Story update, Zolciak shared videos featuring shoes from her and Biermann's closet that were available for sale. The items included Dior X Hajime Sorayama's high-top B23 sneakers, Christian Louboutin sneakers, and Gucci mink lace-up boots, among others.
Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann Are Desperate To Sell Their Georgia Mansion
Last month, Zolciak and Biermann once again slashed the price of their Georgia mansion, hoping to attract potential buyers. The property was initially listed at $6 million before being reduced to $5.5 million and now to $4.5 million.
The recent price drops may be a strategy to attract potential buyers, as reports claim the property values in the area are lower than their initial listing. In Zolciak and Biermann's case, the pair's reductions can be seen as a desperate attempt to alleviate their financial woes.
The estranged couple faces multiple lawsuits and Internal Revenue Service [IRS] scrutiny. Biermann's attorney highlighted their problems in court documents, noting the pair desperately needed funds.
"The only asset they currently own with equity is the marital residence. The mortgage is held in the petitioner's name. However, it is set to be foreclosed in November," the legal filing read.
"The current living situation is unsustainable and is detrimental to the mental and emotional health of the minor children," the document continued. "If the marital residence is sold, it will afford both parties enough income to secure their residences, thus taking the children out of the toxic environment."
