Jennifer Lopez Rips Out Hair Mid-'SNL' Performance [VIDEO]

Jennifer Lopez suffered an on-air mishap as she ripped out her hair mid-'Saturday Night Live' performance.

The singer appeared on 'SNL' to perform her new song 'Can’t Get Enough' with Latto and REDMAN, who joined her on stage. However, the 'Hustlers' actress ran into a bit of a problem when one of her extensions seemingly came loose, leaving her to rip it out of her head.

While performing her new song, JLo was seen reaching into her hair and taking out one of her hair extensions before tossing it on the floor. Of course, she did it with ease because she is Jenny from the block.

She gained much respect from many of her fans, as one social media user said, "Haha love her! What a beast on stage."

"The show must go on. JLO ate up that performance," another wrote.

Meanwhile, one fan expressed, "She handled it beautifully."

As seen in the video clip, JLo was dancing on stage and singing her song when she suffered the hair malfunction -- but after the performance, fans continued to share the clip on social media, praising the 'On The Floor' singer.

"What a performer, shake it off and keep on!" one user said.

Another commented, "She slick cuz didn’t even see that."

The pop icon has had several other wardrobe malfunctions over the years, including one time in New York City when she was wearing a high-slit dress.

Jennifer Lopez was seen stepping out of an office building with her manager Benny Medina  -- but when she took a step forward, the high split in her dress almost exposed her goodies. Luckily, she saved herself from exposure, but it was a close one!

Her most recent album, 'This Is Me … Now', which is her first in nearly a decade, is heavily inspired by her real-life love story with her husband Ben Affleck.

“We captured me at this moment in time when I was reunited with the love of my life, and we decided we were going to be together forever. The whole message of the album, then, is: This love exists. This is a real love,” Lopez said in an interview with Zane Lowe.

“Now I think what the message of the album is very much—if you were wondering if you have, like me at times, lost hope, almost given up: Don’t. Because true love does exist, and some things do last forever, and that’s real.”

Her new album, 'This Is Me … Now' releases on Friday, February 16, 2024.
