Justin Verlander Already a Winner ... Cashes in On Florida Home Sale

Whether or not Justin Verlander's Houston Astros win Game 7 of the World Series tonight, he already came out on top because he offloaded a property that was sitting on the market for two years.
According to documents in Polk County, Florida, Verlander sold his 3-bed, 2.5-bath 2,633 sq. ft. home located in Lakeland, Florida this past summer.
The MLB star originally purchased the home in 2011 for $290,000. It was put on the market in 2015 at $449,900 and then kept slashing the price after no potential buyers bit.
The house sold for $305,000 ... so he only made $15,000 on the deal. Considering he makes about $800,000 per game -- it's not much -- but at least it's off his plate.
Verlander hasn't called the place home for a bit, last December he upgraded on all fronts when he moved into a $5.25 million Beverly Hills mansion with fiancé Kate Upton.
