Anthony Anderson revealed he was hospitalized and spent the night in the emergency room after a "movie set fight" went wrong.

The 53-year-old was filming on the set of his upcoming new movie, 'G20', when he had a run-in with a chair, sending him to the hospital.

The 'Blackish' star took to social media to share what happened on the set of his upcoming new movie, 'G20', luckily, CT scan and X-rays showed nothing was fractured in Anderson's back. He did, however, suffer a deep contusion.

"Me against two goons and a chair!" he wrote, adding, "Guess who didn't win! Who needs a stuntman? Me that's who! I'm not as young as I used to be! CT scan and X-rays showed nothing fractured or broken in my back just a deep contusion. That chair will never be the same though! Bloodied and bowed but never broken!"

He then shared a photo of the chair that sent him to the emergency room.

"This is the chair that whooped my a-- last night!" Anderson captioned his recent social media post. "Something about it is menacing! It sucker punched me in the kidneys and back with no mercy! When I got on set today it was grinning at me! Little does he know I got something for that a--! He gone learn today!"

'G20' is an action thriller directed by Patricia Riggen and written by Logan and Noah Miller. Anthony Anderson stars alongside Viola Davis and Antony Starr.

According to Deadline, "'G20' sees terrorists overtake the G20 Summit, with American President Danielle Sutton (Davis) then bringing all her statecraft and military experience to defend her family, her fellow leaders and the world."

In honor of Black History Month, FOX has announced "My Story", with the first video hosted by Anthony Anderson, where the 53-year-old actor opens up about the moment that changed his life.

"When I was nine years old watching my mother rehearsing ‘A Raisin in the Sun,’ that is when I realized that’s what I’m going to do with my life," Anderson shared.

Adding, "Years ago, I had no responsibilities. Now I’m responsible for my children. It’s my responsibility to lift as I climb, giving other people an opportunity to share our stories with the world as honestly and as authentic as we possibly could."

The actor, who is known for the hit show, 'Blackish' and 'We Are Family', went on to say, "We’re going into it thinking that we’re going to pull back the veil of Black life, but to share our life, the trials and tribulations and the triumphs that come along with being successful and Black and American, that meant a great deal to me that I inspired other people to want to tell their authentic stories."
