As we reported, the actor filed for divorce from Marla in 2018, citing "irreconcilable differences."

In their settlement, Garlin has been ordered to pay Marla $80,000 in spousal support for as long as his show, "Curb Your Enthusiasm," runs, after which the amount will be reduced to $35,000.

The agreement notes that "In the event filming for Curb and/or The Goldbergs stops due to Covid-19 or a reason unrelated to [Garlin] (e.g. such as a force majeure event), base spousal support shall immediately decrease to $35,000 per month, commencing the month that immediately follows the date filming stops."

The former couple will divide several of their properties. However, Jeff gets to hold on to their Chicago and NY property as well as a Los Angeles property.
