Sophie Turner Causes A Stir After Going Instagram Official With Wealthy Aristocrat

Sophie Turner's relationship with the British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson has the internet divided.

The "Game Of Thrones" star recently went Instagram official with her rumored boyfriend, sharing several adorable pictures from a ski trip with friends. However, these snaps got trolls bashing the mother-of-two over her new romance.

While these critics believe Turner should be more focused on raising her kids amid her divorce from ex-husband Joe Jonas, her fans, on the other hand, are not taking the hits lying down. 

The drama began 24 hours ago when Turner updated her Instagram page with six stunning pictures from a ski getaway. In the first snap, the actress and Pearson posed next to website developer Amadea Kimmins and law associate Rupert Gorst on a ski lift.

Turner and Kimmins flashed their middle fingers while Gorst smiled and Pearson looked away from the camera. Fans who swiped through the carousel saw another picture of the group posing on a mountaintop with the new couple standing side by side.

Pearson appeared to be in good spirits, given his bright smile, but Turner's expression was hidden behind a large ski mask, goggles, and a bulky winter coat. She was later seen dancing with her friends and then flaunting her gorgeous frame in a bathing suit while posing in front of a large pool.

"Jägerbomb anyone?" the 27-year-old captioned the photo dump, referring to the cocktail made with a Jägermeister shot and Red Bull. Although she didn't share PDA pics with Pearson, the update marked their Instagram debut and generated over 300,000 likes.

Despite the significant number of likes, the comment section was filled with mixed reactions. Some critics mom-shamed the "X-Men" actress for having fun with comments like "I haven't seen her with her kids in so long," "Where are your kids?" and "Be a mom."

Someone went as far as pointing out, "You're beautiful, but why you gotta flip the bird? You have children and are a mother, aren't you? Not bashing, but it's also not becoming."

As stated, the 27-year-old's fans didn't take these criticisms lying down and vehemently defended their 'Queen of North.' "Anyone asking where her kids are need to ask themselves if they'd ever ask this question to a man… and the answer is no," an Instagram user retorted.

Another supporter echoed similar sentiments, writing: "Okay, so I just came from Joe's photo comments, and very surprisingly NO ONE is asking about his kids… so weird. I wonder why..." The sarcasm continued with a third fan chiming in to say: 

"Lol, the trolling on this post is the peak of comedy. Imagine thinking that the days that a mother has off in a 50/50 custody arrangement needs to be spent in a mumu, locked away from the world, knitting, and baking cookies. Touch grass everyone."

"You guys realize as a woman that we have an identity outside of having our children, right?" someone argued, adding, "A woman is more than just a mother. Let her move on."

Last December, the "Dark Phoenix" actress got fans talking about her blossoming romance with Pearson with an intense make-out session. The lovebirds were spotted drowning in each other's lips while on an outing.

According to an eyewitness, the couple appeared smitten with each other and frequently stopped on their walk to share more kisses and hugs. Their hot make-out session came two months after their first viral kiss.

Turner and the British aristocrat first sparked dating rumors in October when the duo publicly kissed amid the TV personality's divorce from Joe Jonas. Like his girlfriend, Pearson is also fresh out of a relationship with King Charles's goddaughter, Princess Maria-Olympia of Greece and Denmark.

Sources claimed Pearson and his ex-girlfriend separated in September after growing apart and ending things amicably. The same could be said about his new lover's divorce from Jonas, which has since left its tumultuous child abduction narrative.

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas appeared to have resolved their custody issues with the actress's recent request for the court to dismiss her previous claims about her ex-husband. For those who may be unaware, she accused the Disney alum of withholding their children's passports and preventing them from traveling to see her.
