Carroll's defamation lawsuit comes from her accusation against Trump in 2019, in which she alleged that he sexually assaulted her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in the 1990s. At the time, the real estate mogul denied the allegations and went on to defame her, calling her a liar and saying that her accusation was a "con job."

An anonymous nine-man jury found him guilty of defaming the writer and slammed him with a stunning $83.3 million fine in damages. Carroll has now revealed what she intends to do with the settlement, and it is sure to cause Trump a couple of irks.

"It was an amazing reaction. It's probably because she had taken me by my little hand and made me feel that secure," Carroll said of her lawyer, Roberta Kaplan. "He is the emperor with no clothes. He is not there."

Kaplan said that "all options are on the table" should Trump defame Carroll again.

"If we have to bring another case, we'll bring another case…it's just going to be more money," the former columnist added.
