The couple's celebration was made better when they shared a kiss in front of the cameras, much to the delight of Swifties.
Mixed Reactions As Clip Of Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce Kissing On The Field Surface Online
Swift was all smiles as Kelce delivered a brief and joyful victory speech following the Kansas City Chiefs' triumphant victory over the Baltimore Ravens. The tight end and the "Look What You Made Me Do" hitmaker met on the field after the game ended and locked themselves in a sweet hug.
They then briefly locked lips before Kelce broke it off to exchange pleasantries with others. He soon returned to his girlfriend's arms, who willingly welcomed him with another hug and more affection.
The NFL-posted clip, which came with "Travis and Taylor" as its caption, quickly caught people's eyes, garnering over 6.5 million views in less than 24 hours. It has also received 82k likes, nearly 10k reposts, and just as many replies.
Reacting to the video uploaded to X, one person wrote, "I am so here for all of it!!!" Another claimed, "I was having the weekend from h— until this happened," and a third declared, "Say what y'all want; they are a cute couple. This is genuine love & happiness."
"All this means is Taylor Swift knows how to pick winners... in music, in dating, and some might also say, in politics. All she do win, win, win," a fourth social media user stated, as a fifth exclaimed, "So sweet! We love her in KC! I'm so happy for the both of them!"
Meanwhile, this X user looked to the future and disclosed, "Ratings all time high. Tween girls into the NFL like never before. We're never getting rid of her, I'm sure. The d— wedding will be streamed on NFL Network LOL."

Similarly, another critic explained, "NFL couldn't help themselves. Needed that Swiftie boost for the Super Bowl," and a third queried, "I thought this was supposed to be about football?"
The Chiefs secured a Super Bowl berth by scoring touchdowns on their first two possessions and ultimately clinching a 17-10 victory over the Ravens. According to ESPN, the victory sets them up for a showdown in Las Vegas against the San Francisco 49ers, who are favored by 2.5 points.
Seeking to make history, the Chiefs aim to become the first team since the 2004 New England Patriots to repeat as Super Bowl champions after defeating the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVIII last season. Addressing the win in a post-game interview, the Chiefs' quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, enthusiastically said:
"You don't take it for granted. You never know how many you're going to get to or if you're going to get to any. So it truly is special just to do it with these guys after what we've been through all season long. Guys coming together, it really is special. But I told them, 'The job's not done.' Our job now is to prepare ourselves to play a good football team in the Super Bowl and try to get that ring."
Swifties Dragged NFL Host For Speaking Against Their Fave's Relationship
Swift and Kelce have remained in the headlines since September 2023, with the Grammy Awards winner supporting Kelce and the Chiefs at various NFL games.
While some have criticized her as "the reason" for the team's losses, others defend her, asserting she is not linked to the team's performance. Things took a turn earlier this month when NFL host Kyle Brandt suggested that Swift shares more in common with Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen than with her man.
Highlighting their commonalities, Brandt mentioned that Swift and Allen have "loyal friends" who are "fearless icons and always have their backs." The NFL host also noted that Swift and Allen experienced "moments of triumph being taken from them," ultimately making them "bigger and stronger."
Following Brandt's passionate remarks, fans expressed their disapproval on social media, with one user criticizing the inconsistency. In their words:
"Do we want to hear about T. Swift or not? Y'all need to make up your minds. Don't complain that you are tired of hearing about her, then use her as the muse for this super cringe rant. This gives major ick."
Another online citizen simply pointed out that women "aren't trophies to be passed around" before asking if Brandt "would be ok with someone talking about your daughter or wife this way?"
