The brother of one of the Kansas City Chiefs fans who died in the backyard after a watch party on January 7 is claiming there was "something" more than alcohol in their systems.
As we reported, David Harrington, Ricky Johnson, and Clayton McGeeney were found dead in the backyard of a home that Jordan Willis rented so that they could all watch the Chiefs vs Chargers game together.
The bodies of the men, who were all in their thirties, were not found until January 9.
Now, one of the victims' relatives is speaking out, claiming that it couldn't have been just alcohol that killed them.

While the victims' families and friends wait for the autopsy and toxicology reports to be conducted, one of the brothers is speaking out, claiming "something had to have been in their system."
“If I were to give a hypothesis... for the three men to die in the way that they did, something had to have been in their system," Jonathan Price, who is related to victim Ricky Johnson, admitted, adding, "Whether or not it was taken knowingly, I wouldn't answer that."
He went on to say, “But something was taken because three grown men do not freeze to death at the temperatures that were there at the time with just alcohol involved."
Three Kansas City Chiefs Fans Found Dead In Backyard
As previously reported, Jordan Willis’s attorney claimed that Willis watched his friends leave his house as he went to bed after the game on January 7, however, that story changed when his lawyer then stated Willis never saw the friends leave and left them downstairs to “hang out.”
Yesterday, Willis's lawyer then claimed his client was “asleep on the couch” for two days while the victims' families tried to contact him, which is why he didn’t know his friends’ bodies were in his backyard until one of the victims's fiancés broke in and found the bodies on January 9.
Price, the brother of one of the victims, went on to explain how "there's no way that a coincidence of three grown men who all are fairly smart individuals would die in that way on the same night without something else being involved."
"Even if one of them was not inebriated, they would've brought the other two inside," he told PEOPLE of the unfortunate incident that went down on January 7.
Jordan Willis's Attorney Says He Is 'Anxiously Awaiting' For The Autopsy Report
Jordan Willis's attorney, John Picerno, claims that Willis is “anxiously awaiting the results of the autopsy and toxicology report.”
He also said that his client “does not know the timing or manner of their deaths, nor does he know how or when they exited his house. He had no knowledge that they remained in his backyard.”
The cause of death will be determined once the autopsy and toxicology reports are complete. No arrests have been made at this time.
