Sean Penn Gets Stacked with Girlfriend

Being an international man of celebrity, it's only fitting that Sean Penn gets his grub from the International House of Pancakes.

Penn stopped by IHOP in Los Angeles on Monday with girlfriend Leila George ... the actor looked like he's been hitting the gym hard, his biceps were busting out of his t-shirt.

It's unclear which delectable concoction he ate -- probably not the seasonal cheesecake stuffed french toast -- but hopefully he at least picked up a "Fluffy the Snowman" pancake.
