During the season opener against Ohio State at the 2024 NCAA Gymnastics Championship, Dunne played a pivotal role in securing victory for the LSU Tigers. Notably, she earned an impressive score of 9.875 on the floor exercise. Additionally, she showcased commendable performances in the pommel horse, parallel bars, and ring events.
On December 16, 2023, the LSU Tigers kicked off their season with Gym 101 at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center in Louisiana. Dunne particularly stood out in the floor exercise, executing two somersaults and concluding the routine with a flawless two-flip landing. Her performance was part of the 50 routines showcased by the Tigers, offering a preview of their skills ahead of the 2024 season. In total, nine athletes from the Tigers presented a combined 37 routines during the event.
