Kanye West Files Trademark For Wife-Inspired Phrase To Launch 'Biological Cloning' Services

Rapper and fashion mogul Kanye West has reportedly filed to trademark a phrase inspired by his wife, Bianca Censori. The phrase is the same as the caption he used on an Instagram picture of Censori to celebrate her 29th birthday on January 6.

With the trademark application, West reportedly plans to launch a bizarre list of goods and services. It comes after Censori's friends slammed him for posting racy photos of her in an attempt to "promote his new album."

The "Donda" rapper has filed to register a slogan that his wife inspired. West filed nine separate trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on January 11 for the phrase, "I MISS YOU WHEN I WAKE UP BEFORE YOU."

The phrase seems to have captivated his creative spirit, as he plans to use it to launch an extensive array of product and service categories. The list spans from conventional items like "moisturizers" and "plush toys" to the avant-garde, such as "wireless receivers in the form of jewelry" and "biological cloning."

The list also includes "exploration services in the field of the oil, gas, and mining industries," as well as "chemical research," "meteorological research," "map drawing," "dress design," and a "life-size inflatable dummy with water-filled base."

His attorney, Gregory K. Nelson, told the Daily Mail that he filed the applications on behalf of his company, Ox Paha, Inc. - the same company he used to file trademarks for YEWS and YEEZY PODS.

It comes after the rapper took to Instagram on January 6 to celebrate his wife's 29th birthday with a couple of her pictures.

West posted a headshot photo of her wearing light makeup and several earrings on both ears. She stared intently at the camera as her dark tresses appeared to have been packed behind her.

In the caption, the father of four gushed about her, writing, "Happy birthday to the most beautiful super bad fun iconic muse inspirational talented artist masters degree in architecture 140 IQ loving by my side every day when half the world turned their backs on me and the most amazing step mom to our children I love you so much thank you for sharing your life with me."

In another post, he shared a photo of her sitting on a couch wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, netty leggings, and furry white boots.

"I miss you when I wake up before you," he wrote in the caption.

West recently came under fire from Censori's friends as they accused him of sharing "sexually inappropriate" pictures of her in a "disgusting" attempt to promote his new album.

The reports came after he took to Instagram to share a barely-clad photo of her in a black string bikini top and thong, as another post showed her in a fur crop top. The images resembled his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, with the source alleging that the rapper is trying to "make her into Kim."

"Kanye is just foul, and he clearly has zero respect for his wife for humiliating her like this," an insider told the Daily Mail. "It is massively concerning to her friends. They find it absolutely disgusting and slightly abusive that he is using her to promote his new music."

The source went on, "It was clearly not Bianca's idea to wear the raciest most sexually inappropriate things she could find and post photos of herself wearing them."

"He is trying to make her into Kim, and it is so concerning. It is alarming that she agreed to do this and, once again, she is not responding to anyone," they added.

News about the release of their joint effort has surfaced for a while after West was reported to be releasing new music "imminently" in August last year. Recently slated for a January 2024 release, "Vultures" release has seemingly faced another setback as West rep told Forbes the new release date is February 9.

The album release has been embroiled in several controversies, including one where Nicki Minaj did not give her permission for their collaboration on "New Body" to be used. The song was originally recorded in 2018 and was supposed to make the cut on "Vultures," but Minaj opted against it because it was old.
